Group Tours Policy Form

This form must be acknowledged and signed by the school/organization coordinator in the space below.

1. Registration & Scheduling

• Advance Registration: Group tours must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance to allow adequate planning and staffing.
• Communication Requirement: If organizers do not respond to follow-up emails within a week prior to the visit, the tour may be canceled.
• Arrival & Departure Updates: Coordinators must notify the Admissions Office if the group is running late or needs to depart early. Schedules may be adjusted accordingly.

2. Conduct & Expectations

• Behavior Standards: Students and chaperones are expected to behave respectfully and follow all rules for the maintenance of public order during their visit.
• Misconduct: Nazareth University reserves the right to shorten or discontinue the tour if students or chaperones are disrespectful, disruptive, or non-compliant with staff instructions.
• Future Visit Eligibility: Schools or organizations that repeatedly violate expectations will lose the privilege of scheduling future visits.

3. Campus Etiquette

• Respect for Campus Spaces: Visitors must respect academic spaces, campus property, and the learning environment of current students.
• Phone Usage: Phone use should be limited to personal needs. Recording or photographing other campus visitors without permission is not allowed.

4. Food & Accommodations

• Outside Food: Outside food is not permitted unless there is a documented medical or allergy-related need.
• Special Requests: Requests for interpreters, accessibility accommodations, or allergy considerations must be communicated in advance.

5. Confirmation & Reminders

• Policy Acknowledgment: These expectations will be included in the registration form and reiterated in follow-up communications.
• Schedule Transparency: When sharing the visit schedule, we will also restate behavior expectations to ensure clarity for students and chaperones.
