Request for CSDCAS Fee Waiver - Nazareth University

A limited number of CSDCAS application fee waivers are available for the current application cycle.

To be considered to receive a waiver:

An application for Nazareth University must be in progress.
Request an Application Fee Waiver through this form by December 15 for priority review but no later than December 31.

Fall 2026 applications must be verified in CSDCAS on or before February 1.

Application fee waivers awarded by Nazareth University will only be applicable to your Nazareth University application.
