     People Analytics & Leadership program: 

    • PAL 532: Coaching and Critical Conversations
      Examine the coaching relationship and explore techniques from a variety of perspectives through a framework that can be used for individual development, relationship-building, conflict-handling, leadership and directive feedback, and emotionally-charged conversations. Class will meet in Smyth Hall, room 260.

    Leadership and Organizational Change program: 

    • LOC 580: Leading Organizational Change
      In this course, we examine theories of planned organizational change and how they can be applied for successful organizational change. Class will meet in York Wellness & Rehabilitation Institute (YWRI), room 250.

    Marketing Communications Leadership program: 

    • MKT 562: Analytics and Data Visualization
      Build a solid foundation in data-informed decision-making using marketing analytics, performance, and optimization metrics and develop dashboards based on behavioral, demographic, and psychographic data.  Class will meet in Golisano Academic Center (GAC), room 236.

    • MCL 530: Marketing Research & Strategy
      Delve into the research techniques that drive marketing and communications decisions and learn more about how findings translate to strategic decisions affecting pricing, product development, marketplace positioning of goods or services, and more. Class will meet in Golisano Academic Center (GAC), room 135.
